The Sauna & Gym

This area of our program utilizes intensive sweating in a dry sauna and gym, in combination with plenty of fluids and nutritional supplementation. This process eliminates substance residues in the body that can trigger drug cravings. This vital step ensures a successful recovery. Our clients demonstrate increased IQ, clarity, and overall well being.

The Support Circle

One of the unique characteristics of The Natural Detoxification Sauna Program is the Support Circle. We know a successful recovery means that the recovering person needs to be supported. Along with our treatment team we uniquely design a support system in partnership with the recovering person’s family, friends, co-workers and community. Our design is tailored to encourage a strong commitment for the recovering person by putting the onus on many instead of one.

Intensive Follow-up

We at the Natural Detoxification Sauna Centre believe that true therapeutic contact is made when the recovering person is in treatment. We are committed to a 2 year intensive follow-up program where the support circle, the case manager and the recovering person remain connected. This connection supports the recovering person as well as the support circle in difficult times. In partnership we review, evaluate, educate and assist them to understand the recovery process.
